Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to follow safety procedures, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Experience operating die-cutting or sheet-fed machinery preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to set up tooling, adjust machine pressure, and troubleshoot quality issues.
• Ability to monitor cut quality, registration, and packaging specifications accurately.
• Basic computer skills for entering and tracking production information.
• Ability to perform routine machine maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and standard operating procedures.
• Operate die-cutting machinery according to manufacturer specifications.
• Set up dies, tape sheets, blanker tooling, skids, and materials for each job.
• Review packaging specifications with the finishing crew before production.
• Monitor pressure, registration, and cut quality; adjust equipment as needed.
• Troubleshoot poor cuts and make corrections to meet quality standards.
• Track production details using a computer system.
• Perform preventive maintenance and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Other duties as needed
