Job summary

Consulting Solutions is seeking an experienced recruiter for an 18-month contract to coordinate staffing across the business unit and locations, with extension or conversion possible. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and oversee requisitions, sourcing strategies, and candidate quality.

The role requires strong relationship management, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple internal customers.

Qualifications

• College or university degree and/or equivalent experience.
• 3–4 years of recruitment/human resources experience.

Responsibilities

• Primary recruiting contact for hiring manager and BU/Leadership BU/location leadership to understand the recruiting business needs.
• Manage the candidate pipeline by implementing effective sourcing strategies and program-manage recruitment campaigns.
• Ensure quality of the prospective candidates presented to hiring managers for open requisitions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with centralized Shared Service Team and recruitment channel partners (agencies).
• Maintain and ensure compliance with local recruitment policies & processes.
• Track candidate process and minimize time to hire from resume to offer.
• Understand and use Taleo and ensure up-to-date data management of recruitment applications by Hiring Managers at all times.
• Ensure client satisfaction for recruitment efforts by communicating business needs and coordinating with sourcer and recruiting coordinator.
