Ladders is seeking a Senior Director, Strategic Sourcing for Facilities—Retail to lead the global Facilities sourcing strategy across client accounts. This role partners with category leaders and senior leadership to turn opportunities into actionable initiatives, shape priorities, and deliver measurable value in a fast-paced client service environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in indirect procurement and strategic sourcing, specifically in Facilities categories.
• Experience owning strategy and delivery for client accounts or business segments.
• Proven ability to manage sourcing teams and balance client priorities with team capacity.
• Expertise in developing sourcing strategies for complex Facilities categories and leading large-scale sourcing events.
• Strong knowledge of supplier ecosystems in Facilities categories.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Strategic Sourcing Facilities- Retail to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This leader will own strategic sourcing direction for Facilities-related work across client accounts, with responsibility for shaping priorities, delivery, and stakeholder alignment. The role will partner closely with category leaders and internal leadership to turn opportunities into actionable sourcing initiatives that create measurable value. You will also oversee team capacity, project execution, and negotiation support to ensure high-quality outcomes in a fast-moving client service environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $160,000 – $210,000 annually
