Sigma Defense is seeking a Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) with hands-on construction experience to secure high‑security sites and enforce ICD-705 standards. The CST will monitor access, inspect materials, and coordinate with the SSM on a Creech AFB, NV project to ensure work is performed as designed.

Qualified candidates will have 3+ years in construction, TS/SCI eligibility (or higher sponsorship), U.S. citizenship, and some college coursework.

Formación

• 3+ years of relevant construction experience.
• 4-6 years of experience and/or certifications in SPSC, PSP, CSM, or CST.
• Strong experience/knowledge with both security and construction.
• Demonstrated experience with SCIF/SAP construction standards.
• Strong experience with Windows and Microsoft Suite.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

Sigma Defense is seeking a Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) experienced in construction and trained in accordance with the ICD-705 to ensure the security integrity of a construction site. CST will conduct surveillance during construction to ensure that construction requirements are met and approved during the different phases of site preparation, construction, and lockdown to ensure that work is executed as designed and is free from security hazards.

• 3+ years of relevant construction experience.
• 4-6 years of experience and/or certifications in Special Program Security Credential (SPSC), Physical Security Professional (PSP), Certified Security Manager (CSM), or Construction Surveillance Technician (CST).

Personnel Clearance Level:

• Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active TS/SCI security clearance or higher.
• Clearance may be sponsored for the right candidate.

Education Requirements:

• Some college course work completed from an accredited college or university in an unspecified field of study.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
