DTK Facility Services in Texas is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations, lead the janitorial team, and ensure all tasks meet quality and safety standards. The role includes supervising staff, managing supplies, and reporting on performance to maintain service excellence.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in janitorial or facilities management, with supervisory experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.

Formación

• English/ Spanish bilingual strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in janitorial services or facilities management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience working with janitorial teams in commercial or large facility settings is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Ability to assess service quality and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Work may take place in office buildings, schools, medical facilities, or commercial spaces

As Supervisor, you oversee daily cleaning operations, lead the janitorial team, and ensure all tasks are done well and on time. You manage supplies, support staff, and make sure work meets quality and safety standards. Supervisors are the key point of contact for the team.

What We’re Looking For:
