Job summary

Bost Inc is seeking full-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work in-home with individuals and families, enhancing quality of life through daily living assistance, meal planning, and personal care. You will support community involvement and accompany participants on outings, or arrange transportation to activities.

Shifts include Wednesday 1:00 PM-8:00 PM, Thursday 6:15 AM-8:00 PM, and Friday 6:15 AM-6:00 PM, with a pay rate of $14.00 per hour. EOE/M/F/Disability/Veteran.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance required.
• Pass a background check, reference check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home assistance with activities of daily living, including meal preparation and planning, medication administration, and personal care.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or transporting to work and activities.
• Support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance quality of life.

Bost is excited to announce that we are seeking full time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to help support and maximize the individual’s quality of life by providing in home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSP’s support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.

Workdays/Hours: Wednesday 1:00 PM-8:00 PM

Thursday 6:15 AM-8:00 PM

Friday 6:15 AM-6:00 PM

Pay Rate:$14.00/hr
