Job summary

Bost Inc. is seeking part-time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families, providing in-home assistance with activities of daily living such as meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care. DSPs support community involvement and help implement therapeutic plans.

Workdays: Saturday through Sunday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM. Pay: 1:1 rate $14.00/hour; group rate $16.00/hour. Requirements: high school diploma/GED, valid driver’s license and insurance, and ability to pass

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Pass background, reference, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home daily living assistance (meal prep, personal care, medication management).

Bost is excited to announce that we are seeking part time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to help support and maximize the individual’s quality of life by providing in home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSP’s support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.

Workdays/Hours: Saturday through Sunday 8:00 AM-8:00 PM

Pay Rate: 1:1 Rate: $14.00/hour

Group Rate: $16.00/hour
