Pentair is seeking a 1618/1620 Market Material Handler 1st for the Sanford, NC area. This full-time role pays $18.00 per hour for the 1st shift (4:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.), with OT and weekends possible.

You will stage materials for production lines, perform material handling, and ensure accurate inventory transactions in SAP, including scrap reporting. Key requirements include forklift license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and good written and verbal communication.

You will be responsible for staging materials to support production lines, performing material handling functions, and ensuring accurate inventory transactions using SAP, including scrap and production reporting.You will:ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as neededEnsure that material is staged for the lines.Have the ability to understand the BOM’s for all product lines in the area.Understand the department operating procedures.Provide feedback to line leader.Perform material handling functions as assigned.Follow all policies and procedures of Pentair Water Pool and Spa and the department.Computer literate, SAP/transaction literate (scrap/non-conformity/accurately report all transactions) production reportingAbility to accurately count.Good written and verbal communication skills.Basic leadership skills.Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.Ability to perform multiple tasks and quick changeovers.Forklift experience/license requiredPHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location.
