Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a professional CDL tanker driver to operate and maneuver tanker trucks, delivering materials to customer and company locations. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, load and unload materials, and maintain delivery records with a strong focus on safety and compliance.
The role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, the ability to work independently, and adaptability to changing routes and schedules.
Safely operate and maneuver tanker trucks to transport and deliver materials to customer and company locations.
Conduct pre-trip, post-trip, and routine vehicle inspections to ensure safe and compliant operation.
Load, unload, and handle materials in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate delivery records, inspection reports, and required documentation.
Provide professional customer service while supporting operational and safety objectives.
Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and the capability to safely operate tanker equipment.
Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and safe driving practices.
Ability to perform inspections, complete required documentation, and follow operational procedures.
Effective communication and customer service skills with a team-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules, routes, and business needs.
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Average weekly pay of $1,300.
Minimum weekly guarantee of $1,000.
