Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America seeks a Tanker Driver to safely operate tanker trucks, conduct inspections, and ensure on-time delivery of materials to customers and company locations. You will load/unload, maintain documentation, and communicate with dispatch while upholding safety and environmental procedures.

Requirements include a valid CDL and strong adherence to DOT regulations, with the ability to work independently and manage time in varying weather and road conditions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate tanker trucks to transport materials to customer and company locations.
• Conduct pre-trip, post-trip, and daily vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
