1440 Multiversity in Scotts Valley, CA is seeking a proactive 1440 Ambassador to welcome guests, answer questions, and guide campus tours. This full-time, non-exempt role offers hands-on experience in hospitality across campus operations.

You will greet guests, escort or transport them, anticipate needs, coordinate with other teams, and help create a welcoming environment that makes visitors feel seen and cared for.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them feel comfortable and connected from arrival through departure.
• Learn the 1440 story and campus well enough to answer questions and lead engaging campus tours.
• Help guests navigate campus, including escorting or transporting them when needed.
• Anticipate guest needs and find thoughtful ways to make their stay memorable.
• Respond to guest requests, questions, and concerns and follow through until they're resolved.
• Prepare guest recognition, amenities, VIP rooms, and other special touches.
• Support guest deliveries, food and beverage requests, inventory, shipping and receiving, and other daily operational needs.
• Help keep guest areas, golf carts, and shared spaces clean, organized, and ready.
• Cross-train with other departments and jump in to support campus operations when needed.
• Build strong relationships across the team and help create the welcoming environment 1440 is known for.

Come Be an Ambassador for 1440

We're looking for people who genuinely enjoy taking care of others.

As a 1440 Ambassador, you'll be one of the people our guests come to know and rely on during their time on campus. You'll welcome guests, answer questions, help them find their way, share the story of 1440, and look for opportunities to make their experience a little more special.

This is a hands‑on role with plenty of variety. Some days you'll greet arriving guests or lead campus tours. Other days you may help with guest deliveries, prepare for a VIP arrival, support another operating team, or jump in wherever an extra set of hands is needed.
