Job summary

URBN in Ohio/Michigan is seeking a District Manager to lead a district of 14 stores with an omni-channel mindset, delivering a unique, community-driven store culture rooted in URBN’s 50+ year tradition. The role is based in MI or OH, guiding brand experience, leadership, and operations across locations.

You will partner with store leaders to optimize customer engagement, visual merchandising, scheduling, and payroll while promoting inclusion and URBN's code of conduct.

Qualifications

• 5+ years store or multi-store experience.
• Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results.
• Well-rounded leader with a proven record of hiring and developing creative and operational talent.
• Strong business acumen and ability to achieve visual and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Leads teams to deliver a welcoming environment through customer engagement that is genuine and efficient.
• Collaborates with Store and Visual leaders on merchandising and display execution to create a compelling local environment.
• Evolves the brick-and-mortar experience as Omni channel capabilities expand; translates ideas into action.
• Encourages participation in brand events to drive awareness and community connection; enhances digital presence where applicable.
• Prioritizes succession planning and development conversations to grow talent across stores.
• Ensures onboarding and retention through structured training and leadership development.
• Guides forecasting, scheduling, and payroll management to support business goals.
• Promotes safety, anti-discrimination, and URBN Code of Conduct.
