Job summary

Connected Health Care, LLC seeks an RN for a 13-week assignment in Montana, offering up to $1,900 per week for qualified candidates. Responsibilities include comprehensive resident assessments, care planning, and timely documentation in a long-term care setting.

Requirements include ADN/BSN from an accredited program, Montana RN license (or eligibility), BLS, and at least 1 year of geriatric nursing experience. 3x12 shifts (6a–6p) totaling 36 hours/week are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program (ADN or BSN).
• Active Montana RN License (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• BLS certification (AHA).
• Active, unencumbered RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience.
• Experience caring for geriatric patients with chronic and complex conditions.
• Ability to work 3x12 day shifts (6a-6p) for 36 hours/week.
• Strong assessment, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to safely assist with patient mobility/transfer and perform essential bedside nursing duties.

• Maintain infection prevention and resident safety practices by following protocols, using proper PPE, and reinforcing a resident-centered environment.

You hold an active Montana RN license and BLS certification. You have at least one year geriatric nursing experience. You can work 3x12 day shifts and manage complex care
