Connected Health Care, LLC seeks a registered nurse for Long Term Care in Whitefish, Montana. This contract role offers 13 weeks of focused, high-quality care with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will provide and supervise nursing care to geriatric residents, support transitions of care, and work within a supportive interdisciplinary team. The position requires Montana RN licensure (ADN/BSN), BLS, and at least 1 year of RN experience in geriatrics, with availability for

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited RN program (ADN or BSN).
• Active Montana RN License (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• BLS (AHA) certification.
• Active, unencumbered RN license in good standing.

Mansioni

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to long-term care residents by completing assessments, implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders while monitoring for adverse reactions and promptly reporting changes in condition.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate resident care, communicate updates, and support admissions, discharges, and transitions of care.
• Document assessments, interventions, and resident responses accurately and timely in accordance with facility policy and regulatory standards.
• Maintain infection prevention and resident safety practices by following protocols, using proper PPE, and reinforcing a resident-centered environment.
