Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives to join our team. The role involves driving an IPV, setting up and maintaining traffic management sites, and interpreting CAD drawings to support safe operations.

The position requires Lantra approved qualifications, the ability to pass a Drugs & Alcohol check, Right to Work in the UK, and a clean UK driving licence with no more than six points. Daily checks and RAMS compliance are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive an IPV and set up, maintain, and close Traffic Management sites in accordance with NHSS.
• Read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Ensure the team works safely and efficiently to meet output and quality standards.
• Comply with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times and RAMS.
• Safely unload/load vehicles with Traffic Management equipment.
• Complete Risk Assessments and daily vehicle checks; report defects.

Pinson TM are working with some of the largest traffic management companies across the UK, and due to an increase in work, we are recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking Operatives with Traffic Management experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients.

All Candidates must have experience in one or more of the below positions:

• 12AB IPV OPERATIVE

Duties may include:

• Driving an IPV.
• Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS.
• Reporting near misses and anything necessary to site or Operation Managers.
• Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality of operations.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.
• Safely managing the unloading/loading of vehicles containing Traffic Management equipment required.
• Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements.
• Complete Risk Assessments.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report plant & vehicle defects.
