Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is looking for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives to set up and maintain Traffic Management sites while ensuring safety compliance. Candidates should have Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications and be able to interpret CAD drawings.

The role requires reporting to managers, conducting vehicle checks, and ensuring adherence to Health & Safety regulations. A UK Driving licence is essential, along with the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in one or more positions such as 12AB General Operative.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS.
• Report near misses and necessary issues to site or Operation Managers.
• Read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act.
• Manage the unloading/loading of vehicles safely.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report defects.

Ability to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check

Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points)

Position Summary

Responsibilities

• Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS.
• Reporting near misses and anything necessary to site or Operation Managers.
• Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Ensuring the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and the required quality of operations.
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Being aware of and complying with the provided RAMS.
• Safely managing the unloading/loading of vehicles containing Traffic Management equipment.
• Ensuring safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements.
• Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting plant & vehicle defects.

Qualifications

• Experience in one or more of the following positions: 12AB General Operative.
