The 12-month rotation includes warehouse operations, sales, project management, marketing, and corporate services, with leadership guidance and real-world projects.

Participants will grow professional skills, complete meaningful business projects, and build a network with leaders across Viking Electric and Sonepar.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Interest in a career within sales, operations, marketing, or business leadership.
• Valid driver's license.
