Viking Electric, part of the Sonepar group, invites recent graduates to join its Emerging Professional Program (STEP) in Mankato, MN. The 12-month rotational program offers hands‑on exposure to warehouse operations, sales, project management, marketing, and corporate functions, with guidance from leaders across Viking Electric and Sonepar.

You’ll gain real‑world experience, complete impactful projects, and develop the skills needed to launch a long‑term career in the electrical distribution

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Interest in a career within sales, operations, marketing, or business leadership.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel occasionally as needed.

Responsabilidades
