Job summary

Anderson Creek SRF is a residential treatment program providing non-medical care to adults with mental health needs. The Mental Health Worker/Direct Care Staff will perform essential duties including meal prep, cleaning, and client supervision, with opportunities for rehabilitative activities and accurate documentation.

The role requires physical activity, CPR certification, and a valid California driver's license. Shifts are 12 hours with weekend availability; per diem for NOC may be available.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or GED.
• Minimum of one year of full-time work experience providing direct care to clients with mental health illness.
• CPR Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, sanitary, and orderly facility environment; perform routine and deep cleaning daily.
• Prepare and serve meals for clients; clean and sanitize kitchen areas.
• Provide continuous client supervision and facilitate rehabilitation activities; document progress and incident reports.
