Job summary
Ōnin Staffing is hiring Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility with a rotating 2-2-3 schedule and 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM. Employees stay on the same shift, but workdays rotate with the production schedule.
Weekend work and overtime may be required, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. Ideal candidates will operate, monitor, and troubleshoot equipment, follow safety procedures and quality standards, and read work instructions and production
Qualifications
- Experience operating machines or in manufacturing preferred.
- Experience in a production, warehouse, or industrial environment is a plus.
- Ability to operate, monitor, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to read work instructions, production schedules, and basic documentation.
