Job summary

Comfort Keepers is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide personalized in-home care for a client in Nemo, Texas, near Granbury.

We offer 12-hour day and night shifts with part-time or full-time schedules. Responsibilities include personal care, mobility support, meal prep, and companionship. We provide paid training, biweekly direct deposit, and scheduling support to help you deliver quality care with reliability and professionalism.

Qualifications

• At least one year of professional caregiving experience preferred.
• Experience providing personal care and activities of daily living.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to commute to Nemo, TX for scheduled shifts.
• Willingness to complete required training and onboarding.

Responsibilities

Comfort Keepers is seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced caregivers to provide personalized in-home care for a client in Nemo, Texas, near Granbury.

We are looking for caregivers interested in part-time or full-time opportunities with 12-hour shifts available during the day and overnight. This assignment is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy providing one-on-one support and helping clients maintain their comfort, dignity, and quality of life at home.

The selected caregivers will be part of a team providing around-the-clock care. Reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to following the client's individualized care plan are essential for this assignment.

Available Shifts

• Day Shift: 12-hour shifts
• Night Shift: 12-hour shifts
• Employment Options: Part-time and full-time schedules available

Applicants must be able to commute reliably to the client's home and maintain their agreed-upon schedules.

Compensation and Support

• $15.50-$17.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
• Paid training and orientation

Responsibilities

Caregivers will provide individualized assistance based on the client's needs and care plan. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Supporting safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation as appropriate
• Assisting with meal preparation and feeding when needed
• Providing medication reminders in accordance with the care plan and agency policies
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry
• Maintaining a clean, comfortable, and safe home environment
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Monitoring the client's comfort and safety
• Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition to the office or appropriate care team
• Following established care instructions and communicating important updates during shift handoffs
• Providing attentive, respectful care throughout the scheduled shift

Additional duties will depend on the client's individualized care plan and the caregiver's qualifications.

Qualifications

To be considered for this opportunity, applicants should have:

• At least one year of professional caregiving experience preferred
• Experience providing personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
• A valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
• The ability to commute to Nemo, TX, for scheduled shifts
• The ability to perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Strong communication and observation skills
• A dependable, patient, and compassionate approach to caregiving
• The ability to follow care instructions and communicate effectively with the care team
• Willingness to complete required training and onboarding

Previous experience with extended shifts or overnight caregiving is an advantage.
