Job summary

You will perform routine setup and changeovers, monitor product quality, follow GMPs, use basic hand tools, and assist with preventive maintenance. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong technical, interpersonal, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• 2 or more years of machine operating experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends
• Basic computer knowledge

Responsibilities

• Operate production lines, keep production flowing and meet performance goals.
• Maintain a high level of quality that consumers expect from our products. Visually check to ensure consistent quality.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment. Make minor equipment adjustments and changeovers or setups.
• Take ownership, demonstrate leadership, address business-related problems, and continuously improve equipment and processes.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
