Job summary

The position requires 1 year of manufacturing experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass a drug screen, physical and background check.

Responsibilities

• Keep production flowing.
• Maintain the high level of quality that consumers expect from our products.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot high‑speed making, packing and other production related equipment.
• Use basic hand and power tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, hammers, drills, grinders, etc.
• Performing preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Technicians are expected to take ownership and continuously improve equipment and processes.
• Follow all safety and good manufacturing practices as detailed in plant procedures.
• Must be able to work overtime.
