Sunny Delight Beverages Company in Dayton, New Jersey is seeking a Machine Operator to support our Dayton production team. The role focuses on operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting high-speed filling and packaging equipment to keep lines running safely and efficiently.

We offer a competitive starting wage of $22.06 per hour, full benefits, and opportunities for skill advancement as you gain experience. Schedule is 6:30pm–7:00am on a 2-2-3 rotation.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in manufacturing, production, or similar hands-on work environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a consistent commitment to producing high-quality results.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn and support others.
• The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and be at least 18 years of age.
• A high school diploma or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot high-speed filling and packaging equipment to ensure consistent performance.
• Set up and complete changeovers between product runs.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and promptly report any mechanical or quality concerns.
• Monitor product quality and line performance to achieve daily production and efficiency goals.
• Follow all safety procedures and GMPs to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
• Perform other related tasks assigned to support plant operations.
