Job summary

High Point Residence in Illinois is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct care to residents, assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support licensed nurses.

This role requires strong communication, teamwork, and compassion. Shifts run 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am, 3.5 days per week with every other weekend availability; applicants must be able to work around school schedules.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Illinois
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
• Assist with medication administration under the direction of a licensed nurse
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
