Qualifications

Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication skills with residents, families, and team members.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Monitor and accurately record vital signs.
Assist with medication administration under the direction of a licensed nurse.
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
Observe and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
