Job summary

Ash Grove Cement, a CRH company, is hiring a Production Supervisor to coordinate operations on our Helena, MT site. The role oversees kiln and mill processes, ensures safety, quality, and efficiency, and aligns with maintenance and production teams on shift plans.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least 3 years in production with process control, and proven ability to lead, resolve conflicts, and manage attendance while upholding safety standards on rotating day/night schedules.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years of production experience with emphasis on process control.
• Ability to lead/manage others and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Follows plans and schedules of mill and kiln operations with maintenance, quality control, shipping, and production teams.
• Assigns and communicates shift responsibilities and schedules for involved personnel.
• Supervises performance, attendance records, and safety meetings.
• Monitors safety compliance and equipment needs; order safety gear as required.
• Oversees kiln burning operations, raw mill and finish mill grinding.
• Reviews production data and prepares reports; assists with problem resolution.
