Job summary

Mount Carmel Dublin seeks a Multi-Skilled Technician (MST) to support patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse. The role focuses on comfort, safety, and timely care in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.

You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, perform EKGs and phlebotomy as delegated, document data, and help keep rooms stocked and organized, contributing to a best-in-class patient experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of EKG and Phlebotomy courses and initial clinical competency.
• BLS healthcare provider certification required.
• Previous patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care and activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and eating.
• Keep assigned patient rooms stocked, cleaned, and orderly.
• Obtain vital signs, including height, weight, blood glucose, and I&O.
• Perform EKG and phlebotomy as delegated by Staff RN.
• Document patient data accurately and completely.
• All other duties as assigned.
