American Medical Associates in Avon, CT is seeking a strong RN Charge Nurse for the 11 PM to 7 AM shift at a beautiful skilled nursing facility. You will provide bedside care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and oversee resident comfort.
Candidates must hold an Connecticut RN license, have long-term care experience, and demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills. The role includes shift leadership responsibilities and coaching staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Must have RN license in the state of Connecticut.
- Must have long term care/skilled nursing experience.
- Must have excellent leadership skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Responsabilités

- Take vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration)
- Oversee/Assist with resident comfort
- Prepare and administer injections and/or enemas
- Collect samples and monitor catheters
