Montcare Bethesda is seeking a compassionate GNA to join our team for the 11PM-7AM night shift at our Bethesda, Maryland location. The GNA will provide direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living as part of a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of a GNA program preferred, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift and reposition patients. EMR familiarity is a plus, and training is provided.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to lift, move, and position patients.
• Familiarity with EMR and basic computer skills preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with transferring and positioning patients, as needed.
• Monitor and report patient conditions to nursing staff and other healthcare providers.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective patient care.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
