Montcare Bethesda is seeking a compassionate GNA for the 11PM-7AM night shift at our Bethesda, Maryland location. The role focuses on direct patient care and collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure safe, respectful, and high-quality service to patients.

Responsibilities include personal care, safe patient transfers, and reporting changes to nursing staff, while maintaining HIPAA guidelines. Training and ongoing education are available to keep you current with industry standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a GNA program or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to lift, move, and position patients, as needed.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and basic computer skills preferred.
