Job summary

Chick-fil-A in San Antonio is seeking a part-time Team Member to deliver signature Chick-fil-A service in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will take orders, assist guests, and support front-of-house operations with a smile and positive attitude.

You’ll learn from experienced Operators and Leaders, enjoy flexible scheduling (closed Sundays), and have opportunities for growth and scholarships as you build teamwork and leadership skills within a locally owned restaurant brand.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile
• Create and Maintain Eye Contact
• Speak Enthusiastically
• Make Emotional Connections with Guests
• Taking orders, explaining, and suggesting menu items, responding to order changes or edits quickly and efficiently
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all front-of-house stations
• Stock inventory as needed
• Keep the front area neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Other duties as assigned
