Qualifications

• Сильный практический опыт разработки в ServiceNow.
• Опыт работы с JavaScript внутри ServiceNow.
• Опыт работы с Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts и UI Policies.
• Опыт интеграций REST и SOAP.
• Понимание рабочих процессов ServiceNow и автоматизации.
• Опыт работы в Agile-проектах.
• Способность самостоятельно реализовывать задачи разработчика без надзора.
• Уровень английского не ниже B2.
• Опыт в ServiceNow SecOps, Vulnerability Response или Vulnerability Management.
• Знание Qualys, Microsoft Azure CSPM или Cribl.
• Понимание Configuration Compliance и процессов харднинга.

Responsibilities

• Настройка и адаптация компонентов Vulnerability Management / USEM в ServiceNow.
• Разработка технических решений на основе бизнес- и требований безопасности.
• Создание и поддержка Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies и Flow Designer-рабочих процессов.
• Настройка панелей управления, отчетов и возможностей автоматизации.
• Разработка интеграций с инструментами безопасности и соответствия.
• Поддержка тестирования, устранения дефектов и документации.
• Сотрудничество с архитекторами, продукт-оунерами и стейкхолдерами безопасности.
• Участие в передачe знаний и передаче проекта.

Задачи:

• Configure and customize ServiceNow Vulnerability Management / USEM components.
• Develop technical solutions based on business and security requirements.
• Build and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Configure dashboards, reports, and automation capabilities.
• Design and implement integrations with security and compliance tools.
• Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and security stakeholders.
• Participate in knowledge transfer and handover activities.

Требования:

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript within ServiceNow.
• Proven experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• Experience implementing REST and SOAP integrations.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow workflows and automation.
• Experience working in Agile project environments.
• Ability to independently implement developer user stories with minimal supervision.
• English level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.
• Experience with ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps), Vulnerability Response, or Vulnerability Management.
• Familiarity with Qualys, Microsoft Azure CSPM (Cloud Security Posture Management), or Cribl.
• Understanding of Configuration Compliance and hardening processes.
• Experience with CMDB, CI relationships, and MID Server integrations.
• Understanding of ServiceNow USEM architecture.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response (CIS-VR) certification.
