Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process PSP orders into NDS system after ROE Edit List review and correction.
• Manually enter orders into NDS or PSP system when necessary.
• Review and correct Order File Status Reports; transfer order files for routing.
• Notify customers or sales reps of item outs.
• Provide COAs and Spec Sheets to customers as necessary.
• Daily invoicing of credit memos.
• Handle credit and collections inquiries by telephone and direct call.
• Research customer, SalesRep and BAKEMARK Affiliate inquiries.

• Researchcustomer,SalesRepandBAKEMARKAffiliateinquiries.
• BackuptoWill-CallandotherpositionsasdirectedbySupervisor.
• ProvideSalesRepresentativevacationrelief.
• Filesdocumentsasdirected.
• AssistOfficeSupervisorwithback-officedutiesasneeded,suchascashhandlingandNDSdatainput.
• Treatallcustomersbothexternallyandinternalwithdignityandrespect.
• Adheretoallcompanypolicies,proceduresandsafetyrulesasstatedintheEmployeeHandbookandotherwisepostedorcommunicated.
• Other duties will be assigned as needed to meet company goals and objectives.
