Aligned Government Services is looking for a reliable Phlebotomist with 1 year of experience to join our team in Orlando, Florida, and the surrounding area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Proficient in phlebotomy procedures and techniques, including venipuncture, tourniquet application/removal, and decontamination of the puncture site.
2. Advanced knowledge of medical laboratory operations.
3. Ability to obtain blood specimens from patients under a variety of patient conditions.
4. Ability to accurately record information concerning specimens.
5. Ability to understand and follow written and oral physician orders.
6. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
7. Ability to take directions and conduct oneself in a professional manner.
8. Ability to maintain effective working relationships with clients, patients, and the general public.

Requirements and Skills:

1. Minimum 1 year of paid experience.
2. Current Phlebotomy Certification.
3. You must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident to apply.
4. Subject to a background/security investigation.
