Job summary

Diversified Services Network, Inc. is seeking a Senior UX/Interaction Designer to lead user-centered design from concept to market, with 2–3 days onsite weekly in Chicago, IL, Peoria, IL, or Broomfield, CO. The role supports a hybrid work model and offers full benefits, PTO, and 401k.

You will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and engineering to shape intuitive experiences for our technology products and define features to drive successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree AND 8+ years of UX design experience.
• OR 10+ years of UX design experience in lieu of a degree.
• Demonstrated expertise in interaction design and 3D design.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools.
• Strong design presentation and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Apply the full UX design process—including user research, personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to move digital solutions from concept to market.
• Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders and cross-functional team members, building alignment and incorporating feedback.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs while balancing business goals and technical constraints.
• Contribute to the design and definition of product features and identify the user research needed to support project and product delivery.
• Ensure all design deliverables are high quality and adhere to established design standards.

Position Overview

The Senior UX/Interaction Designer will lead user-centered design efforts that take digital solutions from initial concept through market launch. Working closely with stakeholders, product teams, and engineering, this role shapes intuitive, high-quality experiences for innovative technology products and helps define the features that drive successful delivery. This position requires 2–3 days per week onsite.

Salary Expectations: $120,000-125,000 annually
