Job summary

TreeHouse Foods, Inc. is seeking a full-time Dryer Operator at our Wayland, MI location. You will support the Production team and help drive performance across the plant while maintaining a strong emphasis on safety and product quality.

The role requires understanding dryer operations and applying adjustments as needed to meet production targets, while upholding our company values and teamwork. This is a hands-on, day-to-day operations position within a collaborative plant environment.

About the Role:

The Dryer Operator at the Wayland location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
