Job summary

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is seeking a 1099 Window Installer to install home remodeling products and apply finish work per company standards. Earn up to $150,000–$300,000 annually with year-round work, paid training, and weekly direct deposits.

A cargo vehicle and liability/workers’ comp insurance are required, with a focus on customer satisfaction and safety. Candidates should have 3 years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience and knowledge of residential windows,

Qualifications

• 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Knowledge of residential replacement windows, bending metal, wrapping windows, caulking.
• Established LLC or Business running under EIN.
• Must have general liability and worker's compensation insurance.
• Must have cargo van, box truck, shuttle, or vehicle capable of pulling a trailer.
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
