Job summary

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is seeking a motivated 1099 Window Installer to join its expanding team in Grand Rapids, MI. Install replacement windows and complete finish work per Mad City standards, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.

This role offers year-round work, paid training, and strong earning potential with commissions. You will coordinate with homeowners, complete job checklists, and uphold safety and service excellence on every project.

Qualifications

• 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Knowledge of residential replacement windows, bending metal, wrapping windows, caulking.
• Must have LLC or EIN for business.
• Must have general liability and workers' compensation insurance.
• Must have cargo van, box truck, shuttle, or vehicle capable of pulling a trailer.
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
