Job summary

Renuity is looking for a 1099 Installer in Des Moines, Iowa. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience, and be able to install home remodeling products according to the established standards.

The role offers year-round work with earnings up to $300,000 annually. Candidates must have an established LLC, workers’ compensation, and liability insurance, along with exceptional communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City standards and procedures
• Apply finish work as needed for every application
• Communicate with management after installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect
