Job summary

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is seeking a 1099 Installer to join our expanding nationwide team. You will install home remodeling products per Mad City's standards and apply finish work as needed.

This role offers year-round work, paid training, bonus opportunities, and weekly direct deposits. Earnings potential is up to $300,000 annually for top performers, with a flexible schedule and a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and respect for homeowners.

Qualifications

• 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Knowledge of residential baths, windows, or kitchens.
• Established LLC or business.
• Worker's comp and liability insurance.
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products per Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
