Job summary

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is seeking an experienced installer to perform on-site installation of home remodeling products in Michigan. The role offers year-round work, paid training, and potential bonuses, with weekly direct deposits and a flexible schedule.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience, knowledge of residential baths, windows, or kitchens, and an established LLC or business.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Knowledge of Residential Baths, Windows, or Kitchens.
• Established LLC or Business.
• Worker's comp and Liability insurance.
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
