Job summary

A women's health platform is seeking board-eligible Endocrinologists for fully remote positions across the U.S. to provide empathetic, comprehensive care to women. Candidates will conduct assessments, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain records. Requirements include board certification in Internal Medicine and an Endocrinology fellowship. Qualifications

• Board certification in Internal Medicine required.
• Active ABIM board certification in Internal Medicine needed.
• Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Endocrinology fellowship.
• Ability to practice independently with strong diagnostic skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; compassionate care.
• Strong telemedicine and multi-screen navigation skills.
• Active, unrestricted U.S. state medical license.
• Commitment to ABIM Endocrinology certification within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments via video visits.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting.
• Promote preventative care and patient education with evidence-based approaches.

The Opportunity

We're seeking board-eligible Endocrinologists to provide comprehensive, empathetic, and collaborative care to women, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of chronic and acute conditions.

Your Impact

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the highest standards of care.
• Complete required training and adhere to company policies and best practices.
• Promote preventative care and overall well‑being through education and evidence‑based strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records.
• Dedicate a minimum of 10 patient‑facing hours per week, including consults, prescribing medications when appropriate, and providing necessary medical guidance.
• Charting, addressing patient questions, and responding to administrative tasks and messages.

Qualifications

• Required Medical License: MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine through an ACGME‑accredited program.
• Required Certification: Active ABIM board certification in Internal Medicine.
• Endocrinology Fellowship Training & Board Eligibility:
  • Successful completion of an ACGME‑accredited Endocrinology fellowship.
  • Board‑eligible in Endocrinology through the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).
  • Commitment to obtain ABIM board certification in Endocrinology within one year of hire.
• Independence: Ability to operate effectively as an independent provider with strong diagnostic and problem‑solving abilities.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication with a focus on clarity and compassion.
• Webside Manner: Strong ability to connect with patients virtually and provide empathetic care.
• Commitment to Evidence‑Based Care: Dedication to delivering treatments grounded in the latest research.
• Technical Proficiency: Highly skilled in navigating multiple computer screens and proficient in tools such as EMR, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling platforms.
• Telemedicine: Experience is a plus!
• State License Requirements & Hiring Considerations: An active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state is required.
