Job summary

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is hiring part-time 1099 roofing contractors to support residential work orders across multiple states. You will be paid directly by us for completed jobs, with materials provided as needed, and onboarding calls required before assignments.

This is ideal for roofing pros with your own truck and tools who want to supplement workload and enjoy fast, reliable payments from a national partner network.

Qualifications

• General Liability Insurance (COI) required.
• Valid W9 and Tax ID.
• Licensed roofer in your state where applicable.
• Must own a truck, trailer, ladder, and roofing tools.
• Smartphone required for portal use; onboarding call completes before assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform roof inspections and diagnostics including leak detection and storm damage assessments.
• Carry out minor roof repairs and maintenance, including sealing and gutter work.
• Conduct roof replacements or large repairs with proper estimates.
• Submit clear job notes and photos through the portal, and communicate material needs in advance.

About The Opportunity

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking experienced, insured 1099 roofing contractors to support residential service work orders from our national property management partners.

This is not a lead-generation service—you are paid directly by us for completed work, and materials are provided when needed.

Industry-Standard Roofing Skills We’re Looking For

We are looking for dependable roofing professionals who can perform the following:

Roof Inspections & Diagnostics

• Leak detection
• Storm damage assessments
• Flashing and ventilation inspections
• Moisture or mold risk identification

Minor Roof Repairs & Maintenance

• Shingle or tile replacement
• Nail pops and small puncture repairs
• Sealant application around vents and flashing
• Gutter cleaning and minor repairs

Roof Replacements & Large Repairs (Estimate Required)

• Tear-offs and underlayment installation
• Full or partial re-roofing (asphalt, TPO, tile, etc.)
• Soffit and fascia board replacement
• Attic ventilation solutions

Job Documentation

• Before, during, and after photos
• Clear job notes submitted through the portal
• Material needs communicated in advance

Contractor Requirements

• No ladder or inability to access residential roofs
• Unwillingness to complete onboarding or training call
