Job summary

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking experienced 1099 roofing contractors to support residential work orders nationwide. You will be paid by us for completed work, with materials provided when needed. Ideal for those who operate their own roofing business and want to supplement workload with reliable, fast-paying jobs.

Contractors must be insured, own essential roofing tools, and complete onboarding prior to receiving assignments. Service areas include GA and other states.

Qualifications

• General Liability Insurance (COI) required
• Valid W9 and Tax ID
• Licensed roofer in your state (where applicable)
• Must own a truck, trailer, ladder, and roofing tools
• Smartphone required for portal use
• Strong communication, professionalism, and job site cleanliness
• Must complete a short onboarding call before receiving assignments

Responsibilities

• Perform roof inspections and diagnostics including leak detection, storm damage assessments, flashing/ventilation inspections, and moisture risk identification
• Carry out minor roof repairs and maintenance such as shingle or tile replacement, nail pops, sealant application around vents and flashing, gutter cleaning and minor repairs
• Execute roof replacements and large repairs with tear-offs, underlayment installation, full or partial re-roofing (asphalt, TPO, tile), soffit and fascia replacement, attic ventilation solutions
• Document work with before/during/after photos and clear job notes in the portal; communicate material needs in advance

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking experienced, insured 1099 roofing contractors to support residential service work orders from our national property management partners.

This is not a lead-generation service—you are paid directly by us for completed work, and materials are provided when needed.

Industry-Standard Roofing Skills We’re Looking For

We are looking for dependable roofing professionals who can perform the following:

Roof Inspections & Diagnostics

• Leak detection
• Storm damage assessments
• Flashing and ventilation inspections
• Moisture or mold risk identification

Minor Roof Repairs & Maintenance

• Shingle or tile replacement
• Nail pops and small puncture repairs
• Sealant application around vents and flashing
• Gutter cleaning and minor repairs

Roof Replacements & Large Repairs (Estimate Required)

• Tear-offs and underlayment installation
• Full or partial re-roofing (asphalt, TPO, tile, etc.)
• Soffit and fascia board replacement
• Attic ventilation solutions

Job Documentation

• Before, during, and after photos
• Clear job notes submitted through the portal
• Material needs communicated in advance

Contractor Requirements

Disqualifiers

• No active insurance (General Liability and Workers' Comp required)
• Not licensed (where required)
• Poor communication or incomplete job history
• No ladder or inability to access residential roofs
• Unwillingness to complete onboarding or training call
