Superior Contracting & Maintenance is actively seeking experienced residential roofing contractors to join our contractor network on a 1099 basis. The work covers repair, maintenance, and roofing-related service, with flexible project opportunities and fast payment processing.

You will receive ongoing local assignments through homeowners and property managers, with materials provided when applicable. Expect thorough inspections, repairs, and detailed job notes submitted via our company portal,

Qualifications

• Active General Liability Insurance required (COI provided).
• Workers' Compensation coverage where applicable.
• Valid W9 and Tax ID.
• Roofing license preferred or required per state/local rules.
• Own roofing tools, ladder equipment, trailer, and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone for portal access and communication.
• Professional communication and clean job site practices.
• Must complete onboarding and portal training before assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform roofing inspections and diagnostics for residential work.
• Carry out repairs and maintenance on shingles, tiles, and roofing systems.
• Lead larger roofing projects including tear-offs and replacements.
• Document work with photos and detailed notes in the company portal.
• Communicate materials needs and repair recommendations clearly.

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is actively seeking experienced roofing professionals to join our contractor network for residential repair, maintenance, and roofing-related service work.

Through our established partnerships with homeowners and property management groups, we provide ongoing roofing assignments in local service areas across multiple states.

This opportunity is ideal for independent roofing contractors looking to supplement their current workload with flexible project opportunities, consistent assignments, and fast payment processing.

Approved projects may include materials provided by Superior Contracting & Maintenance when applicable.

Roofing Experience We're Looking For

Roof Inspections & Diagnostics

• Leak detection and troubleshooting
• Storm-related roof inspections
• Flashing, ventilation, and moisture evaluations
• Identifying water intrusion concerns or potential mold risks

Roof Repairs & Maintenance

• Shingle, tile, or roofing material repairs
• Nail pops and minor puncture repairs
• Sealant work around flashing, vents, and penetrations
• Gutter-related roofing maintenance and repairs

Larger Roofing Projects

• Tear-offs and underlayment installation
• Partial and full roof replacements
• Experience with asphalt shingles, TPO, tile, and related roofing systems
• Soffit, fascia, and ventilation-related repairs

Project Documentation

• Before, during, and after photos
• Detailed job notes through the company portal
• Communication regarding materials and repair recommendations

Contractor Requirements
