Job summary

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking experienced, insured 1099 roofing contractors to support residential service work orders from our national partners. We pay directly for completed work and provide materials when needed.

If you own a roofing business and want to supplement workload with routine, fast-pay work, this opportunity is ideal. You must have GL and WC insurance, own basic roofing tools, and complete onboarding calls.

Qualifications

• General liability insurance (COI) required.
• Worker's Comp insurance mandatory.
• Valid W9 and Tax ID.
• Licensed roofer in your state (if applicable).
• Own truck, trailer, ladder, and roofing tools.
• Smartphone for portal use (job access, photos, updates).
• Clear communication, professionalism, and jobsite cleanliness.
• Must complete onboarding call before receiving jobs.

Responsibilities

• Perform roof inspections and diagnostics including leak detection and damage assessment.
• Carry out minor roof repairs and maintenance.
• Execute roof replacements and large repairs with required estimates.
• Provide job documentation with photos and portal notes.

About the Opportunity

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking experienced, insured 1099 roofing contractors to support residential service work orders from our national property management partners. We're not a lead service—you're paid directly by us for completed work, and we supply materials when needed.

If you own a roofing business and want to supplement your workload with routine, fast-pay work, this opportunity is ideal.

Industry Standard Roofing Skills We're Looking For

We need reliable roofers who can perform:

Roof Inspections & Diagnostics

• Leak detection
• Storm damage assessment
• Flashing and ventilation inspections
• Moisture or mold risk identification

Minor Roof Repairs & Maintenance

• Shingle/tile replacement
• Nail pops, small puncture patches
• Sealant application at vents and flashing
• Gutter cleaning and minor repairs

Roof Replacements & Large Repairs (Estimate required)

• Tear-offs and underlayment installation
• Full or partial re-roof (asphalt, TPO, tile, etc.)
• Soffit/fascia board replacement
• Attic ventilation solutions

Job Documentation

• Before/during/after photos
• Clear notes in portal for each job
• Material needs communicated up front

Contractor Requirements

• No active insurance ( GL and WC MANDATORY)
• Unlicensed (where required)
• Poor communication or incomplete jobs
• No ladder or ability to access residential roofs
• Unwilling to complete onboarding/training call
