Job summary

CrimsonBlu is seeking a motivated Residential Property Inspector in Bellingham, WA to work as an independent contractor. You’ll travel to assigned properties, perform exterior inspections (and occasional interior), and manage your own schedule while building a personal business.

You control how many inspections you take, set your hours, and get paid per completed inspection with a monthly payout. This role is ideal for outdoors lovers who want flexibility and autonomy.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and organized, able to manage own schedule.
• Comfortable working outdoors and traveling to properties.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned properties to perform exterior inspections (occasional interior).
• Explain the inspection process to homeowners in a brief, professional conversation.
• Capture required photos and data using our mobile web application.
• Operate a camera pole for roof photos on applicable jobs.
• Schedule interior/high-value inspections and manage appointments.
• Provide accurate, on-time service and clear communication.
