Job summary

Proof Technology is seeking Process Servers to join its network of independent contractors to deliver legal documents in your area. Set your own schedule and workload, claim the work you want to complete and track your earnings using an industry-leading mobile app.

Proof provides support through a dedicated operational specialist with every serve and requires you to be licensed where applicable, hold a valid driver’s license, and be proficient with mobile apps.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed, Registered, or Certified Process Server where required by state/county law.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a suitable mobile device.
• Proficient with iPhone/iPad or Android devices and our mobile app.
• Experience in process serving or related fields preferred; NAPPS membership desired.

Responsibilities

• Deliver legal documents to assigned addresses in your service area.
• Claim and accept work via the Proof app and manage your schedule.
• Track earnings and communicate with clients through the Proof mobile platform.

Requirements

• Certification: You must be a Licensed, Registered, or Certified Process Server if your state or county laws require it. Must have a valid drivers license.


• Technical Skills: Proficient with iPhone/iPad or Android devices and capable of using a mobile app.


• Document Handling: Ability to scan and print documents. Free printing services are available via FedEx.


• Experience: Prior experience in process serving or a related field (law enforcement, private investigations, etc.) is required, as Proof is not an employer and does not provide training. National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) membership is preferred.
