Job summary

Renuity offers contract opportunities for residential remodeling with strong earning potential and stable workflow. Installations include finish carpentry, cabinetry, and countertop work across the United States, supported by paid training and ongoing bonuses.

Contractors operate under an LLC or EIN, provide their own insured vehicle, and report to management after each installation to ensure client satisfaction and timely payments.

Qualifications

• 3 years of residential remodeling experience, including trim and finish carpentry.
• Knowledge of residential cabinetry, cabinet installation, cabinet refacing, countertops, backsplash.
• Established LLC or Business running under EIN.
• Must have general liability and worker's compensation insurance.
• Must have cargo van, box truck, shuttle, or vehicle capable of pulling a trailer.
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Renuity's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
